I know that you are just as excited as me to see the true creativity and utter spontaneity captured in raw images. For the time being please be satisfied with the few works below. Strike that. Do not be satisified. Instead use the works below as a guide and begin to create and assemble your own collection while we prepare the back-end media manager for production.

Photographs

Some may argue that the five hours I spent in my seat provided plenty of preparation time for this image. I, however, vehemently disagree. The arbitrary happenstance of being assigned the perfect seat on this imperfect plane to witness this live brainstorming session all assembled in perfect composition with the wing overhead and the distortions of the windows in the corner makes this a perfect story of the moment.

Just when you were wondering where all those old pay phones were going, I found them. Obviously I did not travel half way across the country to chase these down for a photo. While strolling though the streets of Chicago I found these imprisoned under a bridge. You can see hints of the chain link cage blurred in the foreground. I snapped a quick shot to finish a roll as we continued north. It was not until I reviewed the prints that I became captivated by the historical context and story. I do not think these will be revered in quite the same way as other phones of the past.

Animations

This fish was burning inside of me since I first heard a pitch for an animated series about a fish with an attitude--a Bart Simpson in a fishbowl if you will. It was a ridiculous idea to say the least. How exactly was the fish supposed to stop the bully on the playground, protect his owner's lunch money or provide the Cyrano de Bergerac lines that lead to his owner's first kiss.

I had some pet fish not too long before. They died after about fifteen months. Sadly I had done everything correctly in caring for the fish only to learn they were what was is commonly known as "starter fish" and were not expected to survive much longer than six or seven months; fish whose sole purpose is to establish the chemistry of the tank in preparation for the "real" pet fish. Fish with an attitude? I'll bet! Needless to say I never made it to the next phase of fish ownership, and my starter fish have been reborn in this animation--which as you can plainly see took no more than about thirty minutes to draw on a waiter's pad. Oh, and my apologies to the people who had to eat that cold food, but your sacrifice was worth it.
